Shipping and Refund Policy

LongevityFix is committed to transparency in all aspects of our service, including shipping and refund practices. Because our products include prescription medications compounded and dispensed by independent, licensed pharmacies, certain limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
I. Shipping Overview
All prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly to you by our partner compounding pharmacies — independent, licensed 503A facilities. LongevityFix does not ship medications directly and does not control the physical fulfillment process. Shipping timelines begin after your prescription has been reviewed and approved by a licensed medical provider.
II. Shipping Timeline
- Medical Review: After you submit your intake form and payment, a licensed provider will review your information within 24–48 business hours.
- Prescription Processing: Once approved, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for compounding and fulfillment, which typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard or expedited carriers. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the prescription is processed.
- Total Estimated Time: Most patients receive their order within 5–10 business days from the date of intake form submission.
Timelines may vary based on your location, the specific medication ordered, pharmacy workload, and carrier delays. LongevityFix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party pharmacies or shipping carriers.
III. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are included in the price displayed at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees. The final price you see before completing your purchase is the total amount you will be charged, inclusive of medication, applicable taxes, and shipping.
IV. Prescription Denial
If a licensed provider determines that a prescription is not appropriate for you based on your health information, you will not be charged for the medication. The provider consultation fee, if any, may apply. You will be notified promptly if your request is not approved, and you may be referred to seek in-person care where appropriate.
V. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of prescription medications and patient safety regulations, all sales of prescription medications are final once the medication has been compounded and shipped. We are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for health and safety reasons.
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Prescription Not Approved: If your intake form is reviewed and a provider determines a prescription is not appropriate, a full refund of the medication cost will be issued.
- Order Not Fulfilled: If your order was charged but never shipped or fulfilled due to an error on our end or the pharmacy's end, a full refund will be issued.
- Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@longevityfix.com with your order information and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
VI. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@longevityfix.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the medication has not yet been compounded or shipped by the pharmacy. Once the medication has entered the compounding or shipping process, cancellations cannot be accepted and the order is subject to our refund policy above.
VII. Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a monthly or multi-month subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has been initiated may not prevent that cycle's order from being processed and shipped. Refunds for subscription charges are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
